The interview process involves our HR team members reaching candidates via phone to invite them to interview at the resort or location specific to the role. Depending on the role there is a two step interview process, the first with a HR member and the following interview with a Resort or Care Manager.
The onboarding process consists of a letter of offer to secure the appointment. The steps that follow include an automated online onboarding process to ensure WHS, Safety and Contact Information, Tax and Banking Information is all integrated into our system via our onboarding portal.
